5 month post op and still looks the same as when I took the cast off. Is there something wrong?

I’m 5 months post op and I don’t seem to have seen much difference in my nose since the operation. My swelling doesn’t seem to be subsiding. I know it takes roughly about a year to see final results but I don’t seem to see any change in my nose. I’ve had rhino and septoplasty.
