I went to a board certified surgeon recommended to me by another doctor and a friend. I had 3 consultations with the surgeon and he spent a lot of time with me and was very kind. I had the rhinoplasty and 6 months later I’m horified with the results. My septum still appears crooked, my nostrils are two different shapes and sizes, one side looks pinched, I think I have a bossa forming etc. Why did my surgery go so wrong?! Do people respond differently to surgery? Am I botched? Am I being neurotic?
