We tried with several esteroids nose prays but it didn't work, so 5 years ago ENT doctor did a turbinate reduction with the method of coblation. After that my breathing problems got better, but were not gone. So we started trying to use esteroids sprays but didn't help at all. I got quiet addicted to xylometazoline because of the breath shortness I had always.
