Having lower back BodyTite lipo and would like to know how long it will be before I can resume light weight lifting.

ivaneeee
I have been an avid weightlifter for 15 years and my body is accustomed to working out (5 days on, 1 day off is my routine). I know it will be some time before I can start squatting, deadlifting, weighted ab exercises, etc., but to do light arm exercises using cable machines, doing chest press machines, etc., am I looking at days? A week or two?
