Fillers - to see how much volume you would be happy with as they are not permanent and then going forward, an implant.Fillers: There is a very wide range of products currently available and the most usual component in modern wrinkle fillers is hyaluronic acid. This substance is found naturally in almost all body tissues. When injected as a filler, it is immediately effective in correcting creases and is slowly absorbed over 6-12 months. Earlier generations of fillers used collagen which was purified from animal tissue and these caused allergic reactions in some patients. Allergic reaction is a rare complication with the modern generation of hyaluronic acid fillers.Permalip is a revolutionary new implant that does not deflate, degrade or rupture over time. Although it’s permanent, it is designed for the ease of placement if a patient wishes to achieve a larger or smaller enhancement or even return to the lips original appearance. You would be far better served with an upper lip advancement. It is more effective than an implant, with less potential complications and will be permanent. It will also remove some of the deep vertical lines at the vermilion-skin junction.

Hi, I have performed many lip augmentations, over the past 30 years, using dermal fillers or various lip implants (now prefer Permalip).  Fero the photo both lips are very thin.  You could have Permalip implants placed in both lips for a permanent lip augmentation.Hope this helps.
