Thank you for your question. Lip Implants may be a reasonable option for those individuals who are seeking permanent lip enhancement or for those who have not been satisfied with the longevity of effect afforded by hyaluronic acid fillers.
The Perma Facial Implant is an FDA cleared device for permanent facial augmentation. As of 2019, they are available in 3mm, 4mm and 5mm diameters. At this time, there are no known plans for a larger size option. Speak with your surgeon about other options which may be available.

There are no known plans to have a 6mm lip implant available. The company already feels that the 5mm implant is as big as should be placed in the lips.

You should really be asking yourself if putting any size permalip in your lips is a good idea.I have been doing fillers for 25 years and even though they are temporary they are generally safe and get a nice result.   For those who want a more permanent solution I invented and popularized a " Dermal-Fat " graft procedure 20 years ago that utilizes your own skin and fat as a lip implant and gets permanent results.  Any artificial implant in the lips will eventually become a problem and need to be removed.
