My lips are very small from the side profile. I also have heavy nasolabial folds. I am interested in the Surgisil lip implants. I am not interested in a "natural" look. As I want to look enhanced. Since my lips are somewhat downturned would I need an extra surgery for a more lifted look? Or would implants help? Also will it help with the folds not being as prominent? I have also heard of cheek fat pad removal and am curious about that.

Thank you for your question. You first should see a very experienced lip filler specialist. Lips are not easy to do, and can be done wrong if not carefully planned out. Only see a person with extensive experience with this type of lip augmentation. I hope this helps!

Lip implants come in 3 main varieties and cost roughly $1500-2000 each. They are permanent and easy to put in in about 20 min under local. They are also easy to remove if needed. Like any implant they can get infected so antibiotics are always prescribed for 1 week. They do look very natural...
