I Know it is Expensive, Like Thousands of Dollars So I Don't Want to Spend the Money if it Won't Help or Will Just Have a Minimal Effect.......I Don't Really Want Botox Because it is Extremely Dangerous and Can Cause Botulism, Stroke and Severe Illness so Its Too Risky For Me.....But I Really Hate Looking at These Forehead Wrinkles Everyday and My Self Esteem is Very Down Because of This.......I Am Trying to Find a Procedure That I Can Actually Do to Help These Wrinkles That Isn't Botox..
Answer: Forehead Lines / Wrinkles -- Neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport/Xeomin/Jeuveau), Fillers (Belotero) + Lasers/Microneedling/PRP Neuromodulators (such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau) and soft tissue fillers like Belotero can improve the appearance of the forehead by reducing lines, wrinkles and folds. Deeper lines and wrinkles need a combination approach with Botox, fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to develop a treatment plan that works for you. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Fractional CO2 Thank you for your question. The fractional CO2 is often used in skin tightening treatments to help decrease wrinkles and pigmented lesions, and to encourage your body’s natural collagen production. The CO2 laser can be used on your forehead to treat wrinkles. However, I recommend getting a in-person consultation from a board-certified dermatologist.

Answer: Forehead lines Forehead lines are caused by repeated underlying muscle movement. This is most effectively treated with Botox, which lessens the movement, resulting in softening (and eventually complete removal) of the lines that you have even at rest. Botox is extremely safe, especially at low doses. For example, I usually put 20 - 30 units in male foreheads. Botox is used for medical purposes in doses of up to 1500 units, so what you would need is a very low and very safe amount. Hundreds of millions of cosmetic doses have been administered around the world with very few and only very minor side effects. If you are adamant that you do not want Botox, then a thin filler can be used to soften the appearance of the lines.

Answer: I think you know the answer Thanks for your question and posting a picture. You have asked 12 questions about your forehead wrinkles, but have eliminated the one treatment that can keep them from getting worse. I can't imagine how many 1000 people a day get BOTOX in the United States. The percentage of people reporting a problem is infinitesimal and mostly unfounded. BOTOX/XEOMIN would be an excellent treatment option to keep these wrinkles from becoming worse. After you get your forehead to stop moving as much, the wrinkles would probably relax somewhat. There is no sense in treating a symptom that will just get worse if left untreated. I really encourage you to find a very experienced and well reviewed physician in your area. Tell them about your concerns. You can start with very small doses and see how your body responds. Best of luck.

Answer: Forehead wrinkles Existing forehead wrinkles can be difficult to treat as they have been physically imprinted into the skin. Using botox will soften them and decrease the likelihood that they will become deeper. Fillers can also be used to fill in the wrinkles- similar to Botox, this would require ongoing maintenance. Resurfacing techniques are the best offered options; this includes dermabrasion, laser, and peels. Lasers will help stimulate collagen formation which would be more effective than other techniques. You can use stronger settings ie. greater millijoules and higher density but this also increases the risk for potential complication. Oftentimes, several rounds can be perform to get a better results and doing it will be better than not having anything done.
