It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative issues as you likely discussed the planning before surgery.

You would be better served to ask your physician about your specific concerns and ask to see before and after photos of patient's with similar problems to yours.

will have a very good results when your new grafts are long enough to create

Hair transplantation results are best judged after the hair has had a chance to regrow. Getting to know your surgeon well, before surgery, by looking at the results they have produced in the past, their reputation for good care will all help prospective patients choose the right hair restoration doctor the first time. I know it may be difficult to wait for the results of your surgery but that will be best way to judge your final results.

Wait until these grafts have grown out and at about 8 months you can make a decision about more grafts
