From this photo is looks like you could be a candidate for porcelain veneers.  I would make sure to see an experienced cosmetic dentist for this procedure.  Managing your bite is very important here.  Good luck.

If you can't get to a dentist there is not much you can do.  Make an appointment soon and do not ignore the issue for sure.
