My crown and screw came out after a 10 year run. I am not able to get to the dentist for 2 days. What can I do?

If you can't get to a dentist there is not much you can do.  Make an appointment soon and do not ignore the issue for sure.

There isn't much you can do. It needs to be screwed back in as soon as possible so the gums don't start to grow over the implant.
