I have a quarter sized open area under my T zone that has not healed at all for the last 9 weeks. Should it be debrided? (Photo)

It is generally advicsed to wear your bra for six weeks post op. After that you can go without a bra. However you should not expose the scars to sunlight for twelve months as they can darken.
