Mentor Siltex Round Moderate Plus Profile Gel Breast Implants Cohesive 1; should I be massaging them?

Hi there what is the best massage technique and how often and for how long should I be massaging my new Mentor implants - details as above. I had the breast revision augmentation revision surgery 2 weeks ago - replaced tear shaped implants and they were placed behind the muscle this time - previous implants were placed in front of the muscle.
