I had breast agmintation done 3 weeks ago using 300cc Mentor Round High Profile silicone textured implants...under the muscle..Will my breasts drop and fluff? I am 5.2, 130lb..Will they ever look and feel natural?

I appreciate your question.

Right now, you are very early on in the
post op recovery period. It will take 3-6 months for you to feel comfortable
having implants in your body and for them to settle. This time allows for you
to physically and psychologically adapt to your new body image. There are many
variables that contribute to a breast augmentation's final result. Preop size
and shape, IMF location, location of the implants and type of implant. Patients
heal at different rates and each breast will sometimes heal at a different
rate. Rest, relax, recover and heal. Express your concerns to your surgeon so
he/she can examine you. Then reassess final result at 6 months.

The best way to assess and give true
advice would be an in-person exam.

Be patient & discuss your concerns with your PS.  #Time to "drop and fluff" varies according to many variables: a. primary or revisional breast aug; b. position of implant (subglandular vs dual plane); c. surface (smooth vs textured); d. compliance (stretchiness) of skin brassiere (tight or ptotic); e. what other procedures are involved, i.e. capsular procedures, suture capsulorrhaphy, Strattice capsulorrhaphy, etc. Draw some comfort that all implants descend into their pockets but textured devices are notoriously slow to settle and may always feel a little firmer than smooth devices.  Although they may "arrive" later, (average 6 months vs 3 months), after an augmentation-lift, as you have had, they generally don't dislocate or move off the chest wall as much as the smooth ones.  Good luck.
