How could I feminize my face and improve symmetry? Is that possible with fillers/Botox alone? Is surgery the only option? I think smoothing the fat around my eyes may have the largest impact to my appearance. I constantly am asked if I am tired.

Answer: Lower Blepharoplasty Hi @Arya33! I would recommend a lower blepharoplasty. A lower blepharoplasty is a procedure in which skin and/or fat is removed in order to reduce lower eyelid wrinkles, skin redundancy, and fat bulges. I hope this was helpful!

Answer: Under Eye Bags Hello! Thanks for your questions. I see what you're referring to. Fillers work well to camouflage the area but care needs to be taken to ensure the correct product is used. Something too stiff may actually look OK at rest, but add to the fullness with expression. Morpheus 8 RF microneedling may provide some toning to the area. A lower blepharoplasty would likely be the best option, though. This reduces the fat and really provides a nice result. Hope this helps you!

Answer: Under eye bags Thank you for your questions and photos. It appears you will have the best result from a lower blepharoplasty which would address the herniated fat as well as the excess skin. You can try under eye fillers. It wouldn't have the same impact as surgery but may bring temporary improvement.

Answer: Treatment of under eye bags The puffiness you have under your eyes appears to be due to protruding fat. This issue can be due to hereditary issues, so it is not always age related. Surgery would be the most direct treatment and would target the fat directly to reduce the bags. The result is also normally long lasting. Fillers can be used by placing them under the puffiness to try and camouflage the bags, but this is more of a short-term solution. I normally use Restylane in the under eye area and results can last about a year.
