As the pictures show I have a bump on the side of my nose( i think is called the nasal bridge) , which is my biggest concern. This gives me an aspect as if my nose was a tiny bit tilted to one side more than the other. I was wondering if this is possible to fix with filler or a rhino would be a better option. However I am scared I would loose my nose shape since a rhinoplasty normally changes your whole appearance. I would highly appreciate your recommendations thank you
