I like my body for the most part and would only like liposuction to improve/balance out my over all shape. I have not seen many photos of plus size women having liposuction that refines their existing shape and I am wondering if it is possible since liposuction is used for shaping, not weight loss? I've attached photos of shapely, yet plus sized women which is the look I'd like to achieve. After so much research, I'm wondering if it is possible.

I personally would give you a break from the compressive garment until the skin condition has resolved. Nevertheless, this is a question you should ask your own plastic surgeon.
