If you're considering liposuction of the love handles only the price would be somewhere between 1000 and $1500. This can be done with oral sedation and tumescent anesthesia.

Cost for liposuction will vary with your geographic location. Factors consider will be the surgeon fee, facility fee, anesthesia fee, and other (surgical garment, number of areas suctioned, re injection for fat grafting, etc.). It will also change with the complexity of the case. A range in price of $2500-6000 would be expected for one area, with an addition $1-2k per additional area.  Hope that this helps!
