Unhappy with neck and lower facelift done close to seven months ago - how can I remedy this?

62,5ft4,135. A neck lift and lower face lift done close to seven months ago. It was a 4 1/2 hour surgery and I was so excited but this is the outcome. I hate to look at this. Other areas that are of concern but I will focus just on the neck for now. The right side was so painfully tight not the skin but the actual muscle. I have a deep indentation behind my right ear. And some tugging still . The left side was slack. I know I will require a revision. This isn’t what I expected. Board certified

It's looks like you had a platysmaplasty and have residual sub mental bands laterally. I suspect the ideal treatment would be a deep plane lift to get more lateral and platysmal pull.

Seven months after surgery is still early to consider your result as final. Things will improve to a certain degree in coming 4-5 months. Botox injection into platysma muscle bands would help as well as massage of the neck and face. We found Jade roller to have significant effect on scar formation and distribution of swelling; use it for a long time. Of course, contact with your surgeon should be kept alive. Good luck.

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Nonsurgical options such as Kybella, PDO NovaThreads, and Ultherapy do well in combination for skin tightening. So very sorry for poor results, but always best to include before photos. My guess is a complete revision of Face/Neck lifting. Fee $25,000.
