62,5ft4,135. A neck lift and lower face lift done close to seven months ago. It was a 4 1/2 hour surgery and I was so excited but this is the outcome. I hate to look at this. Other areas that are of concern but I will focus just on the neck for now. The right side was so painfully tight not the skin but the actual muscle. I have a deep indentation behind my right ear. And some tugging still . The left side was slack. I know I will require a revision. This isn’t what I expected. Board certified

This is very difficult problem to treat! Beside options that you already tried, one should consider Botox and fillers. None of these works very well, however. We had success with injection of nano-fat grafts into creases (stem cells); in same cases, repeated injection may be needed 8-12 months...
