Answer: Microdroplet Botox For Treating Under-Eye "Jelly Rolls" Microdroplet Botox has been used for many years for treating what has come to be called under-eye "jelly rolls," i.e. the encircling infraorbital bulges that appear with smiling. Surgery is of course another option for treatment, but tends to be expensive and engender significant post-surgical downtime, as well as the risks for infection and scar formation that may follow any form of aggressive surgical procedure. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist. best of luck.

Answer: Under eye wrinkles A few units of Botox in the orbicularis oculi muscle under the eye can help for a few months. This is inexpensive and easy to do. Surgery would involve a lower blepharoplasty but only if it is severe.
