Under eye fat pad and jelly roll Botox (Photo)

Question

I got jelly roll Botox about 3 months ago (the 11th will be the 3 month mark) and as it wearing off, the skin is starting to become lax and wrinkly/fold. Will the skin and fat pads under the eyes tighten up once this is all over? I have heard mixed reviews on some eyes going back to normal and some not going back to their pre Botox state and I am getting a little nervous. The two pictures are before Botox and the last pictures are my under eyes today

Once your Botox has worn off the area should slowly return to your pre-Botox state.  If you enjoyed the effects of the Botox you can consider other treatments to address the skin under the eyes such as Morpheus8.  This is used to improve overall skin tone and texture.  We also recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day.

Under eye Botox or “jelly roll” botox can decrease the ability of your eye muscle to mobilize lymphatic fluid, and can lead to increased puffiness in that area. Good news is, once the Botox wears off, the muscle should strengthen again and return to normal. I recommend that those who deal with fluctuating under eye puffiness avoid getting Botox in this area. Your results look great! In order to maintain this result, you just need to be doing botox consistently to that area and also working on maximizing your skincare to your undereye skin. Another thing you can look into is considering RFMN to the skin. Good luck

Once your Botox wears off, the area will return to your pre-treatment state. It is important to monitor with before and after photos at rest and with smiling to follow the results of your treatment. If you do like the results, you will need to retreat about every four months for maintenance.
