Does liposuction really make one gain weight in weird places, leading them to be disproportionate?

LanaD.
I'm 23, I exercise daily and eat healthy. I never managed to lose my tummy completely so I've panned an abdominal lipo next month. I've heard that after a year the weight goes back, and that it goes in wierd places. In my opinion if you don't gain any weight after it should be fine. My concern is that I was bulimic before (mainly where I got that belly fat from), and i still binge sometimes when down , despite the very healthy diet. Is it a bad idea for me to get lipo? Thanks
