I'm not sure what filler was used or where it was placed, but this may represent Tyndall which is the result of an hyaluronic acid based filler being placed too close to the surface of the skin. Reversing the filler using hyaluronidase should resolve the blue-grey discoloration.

This is a well known, but fortunately, not permanent side effect of hyaluronic acid injections.  It can be removed with hyaluronidase injections and will go away.   For next time, the injections could be deeper; or you can try Belotero - also a hyaluronic acid filler- which is meant to be injected superficially.

I wonder if either your practitioner injected dermal filler into the skin above your lip or some of the lip filler has escaped the lip and entered the perioral skin? Either way, if the filler was too superficial it will sometimes leave a blueish tinge in the skin (Tyndall effect.) Consider having Hyalase to this area too to see if it helps.
