Thanks for your question. It was a long time ago now since you asked it but it might help someone else. As far as I am aware, Myobloc isn't available in Australia. Some individuals can become resistant to anti-wrinkle injections but there is a good chance that resistance will fade over time, although it can take years. The anti wrinkle injection available in Australia without complexing proteins, may offer the best longer term option at avoiding resistance.

Thanks for your question. From your picture, it certainly looks like you'd be a candidate for surgery. I'd recommend an appointment with a urologist or a cosmetic surgeon to understand the pros and cons of of the procedure and ensure you are a suitable candidate.

It's been a couple of months since your post, so I'm not sure what progress you have had.

Firstly, you need to contact your provider who performed the Ultherapy treatment so ascertain whether there could be a connection between your treatments and the symptoms described. 

If your symptoms are ongoing, I suspect you'll need further investigations.

You mention that the scar feels tight- does the scar cause any functional impairment? i.e. is your smile uneven? does that side of your mouth pull when you talk or whistle? If there is, I would see a plastic surgeon for assessment first in case there is a role for surgery.

If not, a treatment like Dermapen may well help with the scarring. It's likely that a combination approach may be needed such as Dermapen, PRP, Silicon gel and perhaps even laser. You would likely need a number of treatment sessions though as scars are slow to respond to treatment. I've had good success with scars even after 14 months though.

I'd suggest you see a cosmetic physician or dermatologist though and not a beauty therapist for this type of treatment.

I'm not surprised it didn't work! I've never heard of someone trying to remove a mole with garlic before!

Moles should be medically assessed before removal is attempted and removal should be done with good surgical or laser technique.

See a GP or dermatologist to assess your skin and appropriate manage this side effect.
