FUE transplant for dense norwood 2 that appears stable over the last 2 years or so.

Due to health reasons, using finasteride is unwise for me. My hairline appears to be reasonably stable. My father and maternal grandfather were both NW2 in their 40s, and ended up as nw3 late in life. I am 24, would be 25 by the time I consider a transplant. How viable of an option would this be?
