After performing the Deep Blue Peel a number of times, this is what is usually expected:

Duration
is 10 (ten) days on the average

The
following may be experienced:

o     
Swelling
of variable degree, lasting 3 - 4 days

o     
Surface
skin may resemble a dark mask

o     
The mask
starts to peel 3 - 4 days following the peel

o     
Scabbing
may occur in certain areas and will require treatment with Post Recovery Kit. Notable
facial tightness will be experienced. Skin may feel rough or uncomfortable if
not kept moistPain is not a very common symptom. Most patients complain of itching and tightness. The peel may have gone to deep of you may have an infection (bacterial or viral). See you provider ASAP.

Usual to have pain.... you do need to see your Specialist to have a formal evaluation to exclude cause such as infection, or even contact dermatitis (usually itchy).
