I had a YAG laser treatment 4 weeks ago to treat blue under eye veins. Immediately after the treatment the vein seemed closed with blood pooled into the vein. After waking up the next day the pooled blood was gone. 4 weeks later blood flow seems restored however a tiny veins is more visible. However it could be that I'm more aware of the under eye area instead of the tiny vein actually being more visible (not sure).
