Started 32AA, then 250cc which was nice but still padded bra's and bikini's because only a B cup. Later switched to 360cc. Now a 32d (not VS but every other brand)!!! How did this happen, from a B to a D cup with 110cc more? No more padded bra's but keep reading 360cc is very big for my frame! This makes me a bit unsure. I went from 11,5 and 3,3 projection (mentor moderate) to 12,3 and 4,4 projection (nagor impleo). Does it look like the 360cc is too wide for my frame? Did I make a mistake?
Answer: BA results Dear strandweg70, Breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Excellent result At size 32, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. 360 cc implants brought you up 3 ½ cup sizes and that is why you are now a 32 D. However, your result looks excellent. If you want them smaller you can reduce them but I do not think it would be worth it. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast implants too wide for my frame? Remember that "beauty is in the eye of the beholder"; only you can judge whether or not you are pleased with the outcome of the revisionary breast operation performed. Having said that, in my opinion, you have a very nice outcome achieved with the revisionary breast operation and I do not think (again in my opinion) that your breasts implants are too wide on your frame. Your breast implants seem to be well-positioned and achieve a "proportioned" look between your upper and lower body. Best to communicate questions/concerns directly with your plastic surgeon for more specific thoughts. Best wishes.

Answer: Concern after breast augmentation revision Hi and welcome to our forum! "Normal" breast size is not a standard. Each individual has a personal opinion, and they vary quite widely. There is also no standard in the bra manufacturing business. One brand's C is another brand's D. If the base width of an implant is too wide, you will experience exaggerated cleavage and "lateral boob". I do not see this phenomenon in your photos. Your breasts appear well proportioned to your frame. If dissatisfied with your "look", you should revisit your plastic surgeon. Best wishes...
