I lost over 100 pounds and had neck liposuction in addition to other reconstructive procedures a month ago. I have developed strong, tight scar tissue and the appearance of my neck is much worse than what I had to begin with and at this point I’m very sorry to have had it done. My surgeon has recommended intense massage (painfully hard pinching and twisting) of the tissue to break it up and smooth it out. Will my neck appearance improve with such massage? Should I be trying something else?

You need a skin tightening procedure. I would recommend facetite as the most effective treatment. you can also try ulthera, and various forms of radiofrequency
If you have a calcified mass in your neck from a seroma that has been present for 3 years, I would say the only way to remove this would be surgically.
Gello dear, thank you for your question. It's too soon to see the results of your tipo just yet. You need to wait at least 3 months after your surgery because it's too swollen, it Will get better with time. Good luck!
