I had a neck lift January 24, 2022 can I expect the definition of my old jawline to return at the end of my healing (see photos)? also wondering if and when the arrowed area will suck back in

Your current pictures still show evidence of weight increase compared to two years ago. If you are still heavier than two years ago, you cannot expect a return of old definition because there is a thicker layer of fat throughout all the tissues and the skin cannot drape as finely as two years ago, especially along the jawline. As far as the submental fullness, it’s best to check with your surgeon.
