Strange sensation under my chin and front of neck 6 years post-op. What can be causing this sensation?

I am 58 and 6 years ago I had a deep plane facelift. Just recently, I have been getting a sensation of swelling or tightness under my chin and in front right and left sides of my neck. I did have the playtysmal band corset (?) done at the same time as my facelift. What can be causing this sensation? I realize it may not be the facelift , but I have no swelling of glands, had my thyroid checked etc. All fine. HELP I am 58, 5'4" 109lbs. have not gained or lost any significant weight.
