Nausea after putting on compression garment. Should I be worried?

I am currently one month post op. I had a tear in my garment at 2.5 weeks and sent it for repair. I got it back recently and put it back on, but I felt great nausea and lightheadedness. Is the garment too tight?  Thanks!
