I am 23 years old and have lower face heaviness. People often think I am much younger than I am, which is not a bad thing however my career requires me to be taken seriously - which is a struggle when you look 18. I like the appearance when I lift the sides of my face but a facelift is probably too extreme. I've had thread lift, it did not solve the issue. Would cheek implants/filler help?
