TT 18 months ago, was very tight on top, something popped from belly button down to right hip. Now losing my life.

unintentially have lost 50 lbs, been to ER'S, hospitalized, unable to urinate, only while lieing down with right leg propped on pillows, unable to have BM'S without laxatives. bedridden, body under pressure being pulled downON R/SIDE Will a Dr. please give me an idea of what ipopped now taking my life. Also, had TT undone last month, did not help at all, right side still much lower than left and urine seems to be jiggling around, as if bladder has been squeezed down along with rectum.
