I have a pannus I weighed 184 and now I'must 127 with this gross skin hanging off my stomach will BTL Exilis Ultra help or not?

I have BTL Exilis in my clinic and I've seen impressive tightening of abdominal skin on patients with a moderate amount of laxity.  However, for the situation that you describe, it's unlikely that Exilis Ultra would tighten the skin to your satisfaction.  At some point, surgery( tummy tuck/panniculectomy) may be a better option for treatment, especially when the cost of the series of non-surgical treatments would approach a surgical solution, or when the surgical solution would result in a faster, better result.  Best Wishes!!
