Is there any cases of face "melting" with Exilis Elite (tightening)?

When treating the face, the facial hand piece of the Exilis machine should be used which does not produce fat melting. We have used Ulthera in the past but our results with Exilis have been superior both in patient comfort as well as skin and tissue tightening.  We did upgrade our Exilis Elite to the Exilis Ultra which combines radio frequency and ultrasound resulting in better energy dispersion and improved patient tolerance as well as results. Some fat reduction can also be achieved bye adjusting the technique and energy settings.  Be sure to seek out an experienced and credentialed provider because the results and safety are mostly dependent on the operator and not the technology.
