What are these spots on legs & how can I remove them? (Photo)

Hello, I have these firm small spots on my legs that seem to be getting worse. Some spots are flesh colored while others are more red. Some cause a stinging sensation and others don't bother me. Any ideas on what they are and best course of action to remove them? They are mainly on my legs. I do have a few on my arms. Some have a pit or dot in the center. I've tried exfoliating with a KP scrub, and using a steroid cream from a doctor but nothing is working. I hate the way they look :( thank you.

Thank you for sharing your questions and posting your photo. You would need a combination approach of erbium laser and yag laser. You would see significant improvement but not perfection. See an oculofacial surgeon for detailed evaluation and guidance. Good luck!

It depends on the laser treatment that you are going to get. If it's a full field laser like an erbium or a CO2 then you want to wait until after the facelift to get that. The good news is that you don't look like you need an aggressive laser like those. A Halo laser, which is a hybrid...
