I'm a female, normal skin, dark skin - of megan thee stallions skin color. and have used tretinoin 0.1, hydroquinone 4% and azelaic acid 20% along with tca peels at 15% for years now. I've seen great results with these, but I believe I have dermal hyperpigmentation that these topicals will not be able to treat. I've not seen progress in them despite years of consistency with the latter.
