I have 2 veins on both of my calves, after 4 months since being treated with foam therapy, that are still raised and dark. I was advised by a doctor on here that the vein needs to be evacuated to release trapped blood. Would I need to wear compression stockings after this? How long does it take to heal after this? If I don't get it evacuated, what happens? I have a beach trip in 2 months. I'd like to put this behind me by then. Not impressed with my physician!

This is postsclerotherapy skin necrosis and will result in an ulceration. I would recommend debridemont of the unhealthy tissue followed by local wound care.
