I had a rhinoplasty to remove my hump. I wrongly assumed I wouldn’t need extra cartilage. Doctor used gore Tex and medpor type synthetic material without me knowing. I live a very “low-toxin” life. Avoid fragrance, harsh chemicals, plastics. Being 30 y/o I’m very worried about long term effects of this plastic in my nose. Cancer, Alzheimer’s, chronic inflammation, who knows what else?! These materials haven’t been used THAT long. I’m concerned of its effects (aware of infection rate)
