Numbing cream during microneedling procedure?

I recently purchased Dr. Pen for microneedling treatments at home. I’ve done my face several times with great success and decided to microneedle my chest tonight. After letting the numbing cream sit I started microneedling Forgeting to wipe the cream off first and just put the Hyaluronic acid over it. Do I need to be concerned about any terrible side effects of accidentally microneedling with the numbing cream still on??
