Hi, I’m 29 almost 30 and I’ve only ever had a lip flip. I’ve always been decent looking but never drop dead gorgeous, however I’m noticing jowls, and my nose and face resemble that of a literal witch. It’s so ugly and I feel like I’m only “pretty” in certain angles. I want my cosmetic procedure journey to look natural, I don’t want to look like Trisha Paytas or khloe kardashian, I want to look naturally pretty. What should I do? I’ve included an image from when I was in my early 20s as well
Answer: Minimally invasive options Hi! I'll be happy to give a few ideas and suggestions, but I must first say I disagree with the witch resemblance, and with looking "ugly". We live in a very harsh society these days, surrounded by altered / enhanced photos of others. It's ok to want some enhancements and tweaks, and to feel really great about your appearance, but don't let it make you feel "ugly". You have great eyebrows and eye structure, as well as very nice cheeks that most would try to achieve with filler. I think the procedure that would make the biggest difference for would be a neck / lower facial sculpting with liposuction and an energy based device like facetite / necktite. I know this is more invasive then fillers / toxins / kybella / coolscuplting / emface etc .... but it's what I have seen give patients the best results.... and recovery really is not nearly as bad as people imagine. However, if your looking for less invasive, focus on procedures that can help accomplish something similar. Just note the results are usually fall short, pricing comes to the same thing or more, and they have to be multiple times. In your case, I would stay away from jawline filler as it will make it more defined, but also broaden it, upsetting your proportions. I would also stay away from toxin to the masseters. I see this employed for "facial slimming" very often but in the wrong patient, it makes things worse. It is for people with big masseter muscle (back part of the jaw). If you shrink these, the jowl area typically looks even worse. I find myself fixing these with filler too often on patients that were lured into the procedure. For the nose, the minimally invasive option is a liquid rhinoplasty, but this must be done by someone with a high level of experience with rhinoplasty. A lip lift is a surgical procedure, but relatively smaller one. It would help enhance the lower facial proportions as well as the lip itself. Lip filler is an option to enhance the lip size, but I would be conservative and careful, as an overfilled lip with a borderline longer philtrum can look very heavy and odd. All of these can give very natural results if done correctly. Find someone that is genuine and has your true best interest in mind, rather than simply selling you a procedure that they just like to do, or limited to preforming. I hope this helps set you on the right path! Good luck!

Answer: Chin augmentation and neck liposuction Based on these photos, two procedures that are worth of consideration are chin augmentation and neck lipectomy. In person consultation with a plastic surgeon with expertise in these procedures is recommended.

Answer: PDO threads or PRP therapy could work for you There are several options for addressing the specific concerns you mentioned. One option you might explore is PDO threads, which can provide substantial lift and contouring to tighten the skin and firm up the jawline, while still maintaining a very natural, youthful look. While this therapy is temporary, the results can last up to two years. Depending on your full set of specific goals, you may benefit from a tailored treatment that combines multiple therapies to more efficiently and effectively achieve the look you want. For example, PRP therapy can be an excellent supplemental treatment: it works by repairing skin cells, restoring collagen, and revitalizing the skin with not only a natural look but a natural process. We hope this helps.
