Are there procedure options besides threads and filler that can deliver a more youthful and natural look? (photos)

I have had both threads that have left me being Able to see the threads under my skin and created pinching, filler I find is noticeable with face movement. please recommend a treatment to tighten and lift and anything else for improvement like most I am chasing a youthful look , please recommend the best to crest a natural result as I am struggling with so many options available and what is needed to improve a youthful appearance.
