I received 4 stitches to my lip a little over two months ago from an injury. I noticed that the pigment is missing on my lip. Will the pigment return as my lip heals? I'm currently using vitamin e oil, silicone gel, massage, and aquaphor. If so, how long will it take and what are my treatment options?

There are a couple of Treatments that will help your scar. Subcision with PRP, microneedling with PRP and Fractionated laser should be helpful. Treatment sooner rather than later will yield better results.
