Nasal Irrigation OK After Rhinoplasty?

I know it is safe to use saline spray after rhinoplasty, but can I do nasal irrigation with more volume (like those squeeze bottles or bulbs they sell at the pharmacy, or a neti pot)? Thank you!

There is no reason for you to stop your Botox before rhinoplasty. The only time it can be an issue is if you were having Botox close to the nostrils which could minimize the flare of the nostrils. Regards

This may take 12-18 months to return, but in 35 years of doing thousands of rhinoplasties, I have never had a patient where it did not go away.
