I know it is safe to use saline spray after rhinoplasty, but can I do nasal irrigation with more volume (like those squeeze bottles or bulbs they sell at the pharmacy, or a neti pot)? Thank you!

There is no reason for you to stop your Botox before rhinoplasty. The only time it can be an issue is if you were having Botox close to the nostrils which could minimize the flare of the nostrils.
