Considering nano fat under eyes , cheeks abs temples . Can vascular occlusion happen with nano fat if I choose a board certified plastic surgeon who does a lot of facelifts? What happens if you get occlusion with fat which cannot be dissolved?

Fat transfer works very well for correcting jawline contour. Frequently, when building up the lateral jawline I will need to do more than one fat transfer to get the ultimate degree of augmentation.
You can reverse the fillers and do fat but I dont see issues in your photos. I think fillers place properly always look better than fat. also, I would suggst fractora, plasma pen, and lasers in office to improve the apperance of the area.
