I was vacuuming with our new vacuum and the suction is very strong, one of the parts came off while I was holding it and it hit me very very hard in the cheek, was very painful and think will bruise. My right cheek, where it hit is just under the bone. From the end of my right eye if you go down 3cm, just under the bone. My right cheek looks like it has shrunk ? ? Is that possible ? It doesn't look symmetrical. I got filler 3 weeks ago on the outer cheeks, but after the big hit looks smaller.

I’m sorry to hear of your accident. We would first have to assess which filler your provider injected to understand if the product is malleable. Typically if filler was placed on the cheek bone it is very unlikely to have migrated. My best suggestion would be to ice the area, and follow up with your Board Certified Dermatologist to reexamine your fillers

It is possible but very non probable. Best to seek only in person evaluation from an expert injecting MD. Sounds like you have had problems from the initial injection experience?
