Best filler for sunken cheeks?

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. Thank you for your question. There are many options. currently, Voluma and Radiesse are popular midfacial fillers. If you like the look, I would convert to malar implants.

LP,There are various fillers that would be suitable to fill the cheeks. It is important to determine whether you are seeing volume loss within the cheek itself and in what portion of the cheek (upper vs mid vs lateral.) Sometimes, volume is needed at the junction between the cheek and eye region. For true cheek enhancement Voluma, Restylane Defyne, and Radiesse all are suitable choices (in addition to Sculptra.) Hi lp1012,I would still recommend Sculptra. We've never had the lump in all the years we used Sculptra. It works by inducing collagen growth over time and would complement a Threadlift.
