Hello, I struggled with these folds all my life and I think it’s genetic. I‘ve had them since I can remember but became more aware of them since I was 18 (23 now). In Good lightning one can’t see anything, but in dim light creating shadows on my face you can see deep folds around my mouth area and on my upper cheeks. I feel like they are making me look tired and old. What can I do? Are filler my only option? I’m scared of filler migration and am not sure where it should be injected.

You could graft your face with the fat from a lipoma in the graft and that could continue growing like your lipoma did. I don’t think you’ll find any plastic surgeon who thinks that’s a good idea.

I recommend consulting with a facial sculpting expert and go over your medical history. You'll want someone meticulous who has extensive experience in facial sculpting. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Fat transfer to face can fill more than lift, as seen in your case. I might recommend a mini FL/NL c SMAS plication and additional fat transfer. Fees in $20,000 ranges.
