Had a bad fall on Christmas Eve 2024, two months ago. It left my glute badly bruised for a few weeks and when the bruising subsided, i was left with what looks like a dent. Doctor said its a hematoma and itll need up to 3 months to heal. It has been 2 months and I personally dont feel another month will heal it.. When i research this topic and try to find anyone that has a similar story, they say even after years later they are left with this dent. Will i need surgery? Lipo? Should i go to a RMT or seek acupuncture? It hasnt gotten worse but i dont feel it has gotten better. I have since lost 15 lbs so when people tell me it is looking like its getting better, i dont know if its actual progression or just from weightloss from diet and walking. My glute just looks like its been cut in half and i need to know what i can do or should do. Pleasr and thank you
